Breakfast: chocolate flavored oatmeal, water
I like chocolate when my hormones are so messed up. Good thing I get satisfied by eating this oatmeal.

Lunch: pancit, pinakbet, water
Even if I skipped having rice, I still had pancit — too much carbs still!
